If you are ready to go deeper into the Bible and challenge some of your own beliefs around some hard topics, then take hold of this book.  This book is an active read where you have the Bible alongside you.  I think it's important to look at issues from different angles and perspectives, and this book does that.

This book says some wonderful things connecting God's creative nature with sexuality. There were moments where I said, "Yes!" There are some good nuggets in here.  I will say I was unsure of some of  what she wrote about the LGBTQ community.  It was hard for me to tell where she stood.

Michael Coogan looks at all the important topics of sex in its historical context during biblical time. This book is fascinating and may shake you to your roots a bit, but it is very good and eye opening.
